Know The Rules. Train Hard.

• Sign up with a valid email, a password of 8+ characters, and your Egyptian phone number (01XXXXXXXXX).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account.
• Each account is for one student. Sharing logins, reselling access or running group sessions from a single account is not allowed.
• If you are under 18, use 800 Academy with a parent or guardian's knowledge.

Wrong phone number? Update it from your profile — payments through EasyKash require a reachable Egyptian number.

• Access is granted per subject. Buying EST Math does not unlock EST English — each package is its own training ground.
• Paid content unlocks after successful payment: realistic simulations, interactive lessons, question banks, mistake bank and performance tracking for that subject.
• Some lessons and exams are marked Free so you can try before you commit.
• Every plan shows its access period (for example: 3 months, until your exam date). The exact expiry shown at checkout and in your profile is what counts.
• When access expires, your history stays but locked content asks you to renew — your progress is never deleted because of expiry.

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), VAT-inclusive where applicable, and shown before you pay.
• Checkout goes through EasyKash — you pick card, wallet or Fawry cash on their secure page. We never touch your card details.
• Free (0 EGP) carts and 100%-off coupon carts activate instantly with no payment step. Mixed free + paid carts are not allowed — complete them separately.
• Coupons may be percentage or fixed-amount, may require a minimum order, may cap the discount, may be new-students-only, and may be limited to one use per student or a total usage count. Invalid, expired or abused coupons are rejected at checkout.
• Coupon abuse — sharing one-time codes publicly, stacking codes or creating fake accounts — leads to order cancellation and account review.

Paid but still locked? Charged twice? Wrong subject? Don't panic — message us right away and we'll check your order and fix your access. Every case is reviewed individually.

Tip: send us the email you registered with and a screenshot of the payment message — it cuts resolution time massively.

• Use the platform for your own exam preparation only.
• Don't copy, scrape, download in bulk, re-upload or resell lessons, exams, explanations or question banks.
• Don't cheat the system: no bots, no exam-answer sharing during timed sessions, no manipulating scores or streaks.
• Don't abuse support, spam the “notify me” lists with fake numbers, or harass other students.

Breaking fair use can pause or end your access — after a human review, not an automatic ban hammer for honest mistakes.

Every lesson, simulation, explanation, question, design and feature on 800 Academy is owned by us or our content partners. Buying a plan buys you access, not ownership: a personal, non-transferable license to study, for as long as your entitlement lasts.

Your own uploads (avatar, banner, bio) stay yours — you just give us permission to display them in your profile.

• Free lessons and exams exist so you can judge quality before paying. They may change or rotate over time.
• Packages marked “Under Development” are genuinely being built. Joining the notify list with your phone number means our team contacts you when it's ready — nothing else.

• We improve content constantly: new exams, better explanations, sharper tracking. Paid access always includes improvements released during your access period.
• Prices and offers may change. A price change never affects access you already paid for.
• If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and — for big changes — announce it in-app. Continuing to train means you accept the updated rules.

• You can stop using 800 Academy anytime and delete your account from your profile.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for payment fraud, coupon abuse, content theft or serious fair-use violations.
• If we ever shut down a subject entirely, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify affected students in advance.

We promise realistic simulations, focused practice, detailed explanations and honest tracking — everything built to help you train better. What we can't promise is a specific score: your result depends on your effort, your exam day and factors outside any training platform.

800 Academy is a training tool, not a school, exam board or admissions guarantee. Use it hard — from “I'm Cooked” to “I Cooked” — but own your grind.
